Through this portal, you’ll have secure access to employee data, the ability to enter payroll hours, the ability to make changes to employee records, and access HR related forms and information that help make your job easier. In addition, you can reprint previous years’ W-2 forms.


Your employees can have secure access as well to their own personal payroll data and information – including printing previous check stubs. They’ll be able to view their benefit deductions, Flexible Spending Account and Paid Time Off balances – which reduces requests to your HR department and empowers employees to find their own information.

Our online portal is secured with state of the art security encryption. This ensures that your company and employee information is kept secure and not available to anyone without your consent.


In order to use the portal, you and/or employees must meet the minimum system requirements:

  • 2 Ghz Processor or higher
  • 4 GB Ram or higher
  • Windows 8,7 or Vista
  • Adobe Reader 10 or higher
