Recognizing Charles Argenbright for His Contributions to RMI

2018 has been an amazing year here at RMI. We’ve gotten to work with a lot of great clients and have built some lasting relationships. But none of this would be possible without our devoted and passionate employees. Right now we would like to recognize one of RMI’s most valued team members — Charles Argenbright our top sales producer for the year.

 

About Charles

Charles has been part of the RMI team since 2007. Over the years, he’s contributed heavily to our growth as a company and in developing the team-oriented culture that sets us apart from others.

Charles lives in New Smyrna Beach, Florida and is married to his wife Sherry. He has two children — his daughter Blake and son Marshall. He’s an avid outdoorsman and enjoys fishing and boating in his spare time.

 

Why He’s an Asset to RMI

Charles prides himself on putting clients in a position to accomplish their operational goals, ensure compliance and protect their assets. He serves as a trusted advisor/expert in helping people understand how things like payroll, workers comp, commercial insurance and liability insurance work.

This is important because it keeps a company in the clear from a legal standpoint and eliminates many of the uncertainties that come along with running a business. There are a lot of pieces to the puzzle, but Charles puts it all together in a way that’s easy to understand so that our clients can thrive.

 

Building and Nurturing Relationships

For Charles it’s about one main thing — relationships. “Each client, whether large or small, becomes friends with our staff on a personal level,” he explains. “I would say that our clients view us as partners in their business.” They get to know him, he gets to know them, and there’s a level of dialogue there that naturally breeds trust and a close connection.

But what really makes him special is that he makes it a point to always be available to our clients. Charles says, “I discovered long ago that if a client has a pressing issue or concern they will carry that concern into their weekend…so I tell them to call me anytime. If I have a fish on the line I will call you back once he’s in the boat.” That’s a great example of just how dedicated he is.

 

Exceeding Our Clients’ Expectations

At the end of the day, clients know that they can have all of their HR needs met by one company and their questions answered by a human being. Call a single phone number, and help is always available. And it’s this level of commitment and one-on-one interaction that often leads to referrals. One satisfied client tells a friend about RMI, and they end up contacting us. So in this respect, Charles acts as a driving force in our company’s growth.

His commitment to RMI and the personal attention he gives to each of our clients makes him a highly valued employee, and we would like to thank him for all of his hard work.
