Congratulations to Tim O’Brien, Our Top Sales Producer for 2016!

2016 has been a great year at RMI. But we couldn’t have done it without our dedicated team of professionals who take pride in their work and go above and beyond to support our clients. Right now, we’d like to recognize Tim O’Brien – our top sales producer for the year.


About Tim

Tim has been part of RMI since 2002 and has proven to be a tremendous asset to our company. Over the years, he’s helped countless clients find and implement the HR solutions they need to be more efficient and maintain a compliant workplace.

Tim lives in Ashland, MA and is married to his wife Eileen. He has two children, Matt and Allie and a dog, Brandi. Outside of work, Tim enjoys golfing, skiing, hiking with his wife and dog and vacationing on the coast of Maine.


His Ongoing Contributions

Let’s be honest. Many of today’s workplaces are quite transient and people come and go. But Tim is an anchor at RMI. For 14 years, he’s been one of our most valued team members.

Part of the reason for his success is his ability to continually adapt in the extremely dynamic Human Resource Outsourcing (HRO) industry and provide ongoing support to our valued clients to navigate their challenges. His discipline, dedication and attention to detail have been instrumental in evolving along with the HRO industry.

Tim truly enjoys working with a variety of business owners to identify solutions to their employment challenges and helping their companies succeed. He also thrives in the team-oriented environment of RMI where each member takes pride in their work and works together to best serve our clients.


How Tim’s Personality Meshes with RMI’s Culture

Here’s a brief story about Tim to give you a better idea of his personality and how he’s the perfect fit for RMI. We normally take recipients out to a nice restaurant and have dinner with a couple of team members — people they’re normally used to having interaction with on a day-to-day basis like our sales coordination team.  

But Tim said, “Hey look, instead of a small dinner, let’s have a happy hour and open it up to the rest of the team. His mentality was, “We work with each other on a daily basis, but we don’t have a lot of outside interaction.” So his idea was: “Let’s have a happy hour. We’ll have a couple of drinks and some apps and everyone gets to have a good time and get to know each other.”

This just goes to show Tim’s out-of-the-box thinking and unending team devotion, which are two key traits that we strive for at RMI. It’s also little things like this that add to our team chemistry and allow us to provide our clients with the best possible service.
